And what better environment to do this than in the comfort of my home, chatting it all through with me and a small group of fellow MomBosses, with a cuppa in one had & some yummy grub in the other!

Strategy Day with me is designed help you take a fresh look at where you are currently at in your business from both an energy point of view as well as structural & financial. The aim is for you to feel realigned with your business direction, re-energised & refocused on how you are going to increase your income in the up and coming quarter/ year.

We will then look deeper into your plan of action for the next year. Looking at ways to streamline your existing biz. activities to align closer with how you aspire to live your life. As well as exploring new opportunities to include additional income streams for the coming year incuding more passive & 1:many options. 

As a small group we will work through the programme of activities together, where I will be on hand to offer advice, ideas & coaching conversations to move you forward in your thinking. ​

I will take you through various business strategy activities including a review of your current offering ecosystem, to help you take a fresh view at new opportunities you already have in your business to increase your revenue streams & help you buy back your precious time.  The aim being to not only increase your business revenue, but also to give you the space to clarify HOW to want to do business that lights you up & gets you excited for the year ahead. ​

To maximise the time we have together each MomBoss attending will be sent a learning module to complete before attending, this will give us a head start with the days activities!
