My thoughts on the 'Lone Ranger' Approach...

I get it. I have been there babes. I achieved sooo much with the thinking that ‘I can do this on my own, I don’t need anyone else’. And I actually did really bloody well on this ethos for a number of years…
…But what I have learnt since is that the ‘lone ranger’ approach in business only gets you so far. In hindsight there were a number of reasons why I chose to go it alone building my businesses for so long, nearly 4 years… ✨I enjoyed the autonomy, ✨I felt like I wanted to have a solid plan first before investing in myself as a female founder. ✨ Being honest, with 2 nursery bills to pay, money was tight, so I decided to save any excess for a ‘rainy day fund’. ✨I also believed that, ‘there is nothing they can teach me that I can’t learn or find online myself.’ |
But, over the last year or two, I have DRASTICALLY changed my thinking around this.
