5 Stages of Growth:
  • Stage 1: You Decide To Do It 
This can sometimes be the hardest thing to do. To make the decision to grow out of your comfort zone, and push yourself to your next level. At this point,  the decision could be as small as being openminded to find out more about a potential life or business changing decision, or ready you are ready to take the plunge. For example. you have finally decided you want to take your wedding business side hustle from part time to full time.
  • Stage 2: Discovery 
At this stage your decision to take a particular path is exciting and invigorating with the thought of all the possibilities and what a positive impact the decision you could make may have on your life.
  • Stage 3: Research & Learning 
Stage 2 & 3 happens at very similar times. it is where you head to Google and start to find out all of the details and reality of the decision you want to make and get clear of what you need to do to get there.

  • Stage 4: Fear, Doubts & the Ego 
​​You knew it was coming didn't you! Whenever we experience growth and change in our lives, especially when we are trying to take our wedding business to the next level. Our reptile brain loves to throw their weight around to try and get us back in our comfort zone. The resistance to moving forward could show up in the form of; procrastination and inaction, self doubt, the comparison spiral,  feeling of overwhelm and self sabotage. 
  • Stage 5: Growth & Transformation 
This is where we all want to be! To have overcome the self doubt, the inaction, pushed through the business challenges and learnt how to work in our new found level of transformation. This is when we meet and exceed our goals we have worked so hard to achieve. We are always growing and continuously on this cycle of growth as wedding business owners.
